Design Fiction Workshop

April 1st, 9 am-2 pm, at Carleton University

the Urban Imaginaries Ottawa project, in partnership with Project Project Collective, did a half-day design fiction workshop. By the end of our time together, we built together the foundations of an artifact on the topic of financialization of housing, using design fiction as a technique.

the organizers guided you through the process of exploring possible futures by creating speculative scenarios. You co-designed alongside Design and Anthropology graduate students from the Master’s course in Design Anthropology (Carleton University).
